Letter: Support urged for breast cancer fundraiser
['Staff Reporter']
County Times | News
Breast Cancer Now’s Wear It Pink day, which takes place during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, is one of the biggest fundraising events in the UK.
Now in its 25th year, Wear It Pink sees thousands of people, including me, wear pink in their workplaces, communities or schools every year and has raised more than £45 million for life-saving science and life-changing support.
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017 after discovering a lump on my right breast.
I love being able to get involved in Wear It Pink to help change the future of breast cancer.
You can sign up today at wearitpink.org or search ‘Breast Cancer Now Wear It Pink’.
