The first fire broke out on Saturday, August 8, near the junction of St Paul's Avenue and Cumbrae Close. Footage sent in shows thick smoke rising from the property with the roof badly damaged. Residents were also asked to avoid the area to allow emergency services to work safely. Footage from the scene showed large plumes of smoke rising above the surrounding area as firefighters battled the blaze. Video shared on social media showed smoke billowing from the property as emergency services attended.
