Damon Kelly, of Burnside, Prestonpans, was placed on the order at Edinburgh Sheriff Court in December 2024 with the condition he had to remain within his home between 7pm and 7am. Kelly also had to present himself to police officers when they arrived at his former home on Long Craigs in Port Seton to check up on him. But the 38-year-old failed to comply with the order when he did not answer his front door to officers on January 29 last year. He pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared at the Capital court last week and was fined £160.
