Thieves targeted south east London, stealing around 70 front badges and radar sensors from Volkswagen vehicles between July 15 and 19 across 29 roads in Catford, Forest Hill, Ladywell, Honor Oak, East Dulwich, and Lewisham. She added that a friend had spotted a drone in the area the night before the thefts. Graham Dunn, 34, whose Volkswagen Tiguan was also targeted, said the damage caused was severe. Mr Dunn told The Times: "It was two guys on Lime bikes, it took sub-five seconds, and they’ve done nearly two grand of damage in that time. PC Olly Rutherford, who is leading the investigation, confirmed that officers are actively pursuing lines of inquiry.
