That’s the theme of 'Heroes in Training', this year’s summer holiday club at Port Glasgow New Parish Church.
Since Monday, 68 children have been taking part in the church’s free week of adventures and activities.
Reverend William Boyle has been leading the sessions as 'Captain Champion' and teaching the children about kindness and respect for each other.
