The proposed development includes private balconies for the upper floor flats, each measuring 4.5 square metres and located at the rear overlooking commercial properties on Magdalen Street. The planning statement added: "This project has been thoroughly researched tested and refined over the course of over two years and three Pre-Application Advice requests. "We believe the scheme presents very well in the local context and meets stringent requirements both technical, environmental and aesthetic." No objections or supporting comments have been submitted to Oxford City Council.
