Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., said Sunday he expects Tuesday's Minnesota Democratic Senate primary to be a close contest similar to Michigan's recent race, as progressive candidate and Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan, whom he has endorsed, faces off against the more moderate Rep. Angie Craig. "I think it's going to be a very, very close race," Sanders said on CBS News' "Face the Nation." "I think she is being outspent seven to one, and under those circumstances, it's tough for anybody to win. Pressed on whether that amounts to unilateral disarmament given Republicans' financial advantages, Sanders said the proposal applies only within Democratic primaries.
