['Amy Myles']

JAB Property Development Limited went into administration, leaving multiple properties incomplete at a housing development on the site of the former Rozelle Nursing Home.
The company was in the middle of transforming the former care facility into 11 homes when it collapsed.
Mr Mapstone said: "The construction works on plot six have now completed but certification still required to allow the imminent sale to conclude.
The administrator noted that the collapse of JAB Property Development Limited stemmed from ongoing cash flow difficulties, despite regular personal financial support from the directors.
He added that the directors were experienced in property development and viewed the project as a strong opportunity, particularly given the shortage of available building land in the area.
