The male springer spaniel was discovered close to the Tinto Hill car park in Lanarkshire and has been taken into the care of vets while officers try to reunite him with his owner. Although he is microchipped, police have so far been unable to obtain the owner’s contact details. A Police Scotland Lanarkshire spokesperson said: “Can you help us find the owner of this male springer spaniel? “He was found near Tinto Hill car park in the early hours of this morning. “He’s being looked after by vets while we try to trace his owner.
