Across the UK, 97 branches are now shutting at 9pm instead of 10pm, including six stores in Essex. The Essex stores affected are Southend, Grays, Loughton, Saffron Walden, Wickford, and Witham. It remains unclear if further stores will be included in the trial, or when a final decision will be announced.
