The Caldwell County Football Hall of Fame will grow by seven members with the Class of 2026. As a freshman, Young was a member of Caldwell’s Class 2A state runner-up football team in 2012. He is a former assistant coach for the Caldwell football team. A longtime supporter of Caldwell athletics, Beshear has also been a member of the Tiger football stat crew. Also in the Class of 2026 are Jerry Perkins and Phillip Sisk, two longtime supporters of the Tiger football team who have spent decades as members of the chain crew on the sideline at Tiger Stadium.
