Furza promotes northern sales directorSales recruitment and training specialist Furza has promoted Ashleigh Cocker to the newly created role of northern sales director as the business continues to grow. Ashleigh joined the business in 2022 as senior business development manager before being promoted to head of business development the following year. Bringing almost ten years’ experience in business development, she has previously held roles with Open ECX, THG Ingenuity and Randstad-owned Pareto. In her new role, Ashleigh will lead Furza’s northern sales operation, driving growth across new and existing accounts while supporting the development of the regional team. Furza has also promoted Rory Ferrier to business development manager after he joined the business last year as a business development executive.
