A suspected labeled by police as "armed and dangerous" has been captured days after allegedly killing his father and starting a raging house fire in the Hudson Valley. New York State Police said Thomas David Ryan was arrested on Saturday, the third day of a manhunt to track down the 32-year-old whom police believe killed his dad. Police said Ryan was located thanks to a series of tips from people who reported seeing his car in Gilboa, in Schoharie County. A team of officers located Ryan and placed him into custody. The manhunt for Ryan began Thursday after police found his father, 70-year-old Robert Ryan, dead inside the home off Greenville Turnpike.
