Billy Proctor has been ruled out for the remainder of the All Blacks’ tour after fracturing his shoulder blade in their 38-21 win over the Stormers in Cape Town Friday. Proctor started at outside centre in Cape Town but went off early in the second half. SECOND DEPARTURE IN A WEEKProctor is the second All Black to leave the tour early. Hooker George Bell suffered a calf injury during training in Cape Town last Sunday and has already returned home to start his four-to-six-week to recover period.
