Hyderabad: RBI’s latest report, Handbook of Statistics on the Indian Economy 2025-26, shows Telangana's economy recording strong growth, with services and allied activities emerging as major contributors.
Within the broader services economy, transport, storage, communication, and broadcasting-related services increased from ₹96,233 crore in 2024-25 to ₹1,09,996 crore in 2025-26.
Financial services rose from ₹71,496 crore to ₹80,183 crore, while real estate, ownership of dwellings, and professional services increased from ₹2,99,694 crore to ₹3,34,688 crore.
At current prices, the state’s NSDP rose from ₹8.49 lakh crore in 2020-21 to ₹16.15 lakh crore in 2025-26.
At constant prices, NSDP increased from ₹5.29 lakh crore in 2020-21 to ₹6.95 lakh crore in 2025-26.
