Ash Sutton sits more than a full weekend’s worth of points clear at the top of the British Touring Car Championship standings after enjoying a sublime outing at Knockhill. Under the current points-scoring system for the UK’s premier motorsport series, the maximum amount of points that can be scored on a single weekend is 76. Elsewhere, Alliance Racing/Ford remain the dominant force in the Manufacturers/Constructors Championship, while NAPA Racing UK remain on course for yet another Teams’ Championship title. In the Independents’ Trophy, Mikey Doble and Power Maxed Racing continue to occupy top spot in both the Drivers’ and Teams’ categories.
