Goodie Mob steps into film as executive producers on “Thomasville,” bringing Atlanta’s demolished neighborhood story to the screen. Goodie Mob is stepping behind the camera for the first time, joining the award-winning short film “Thomasville” as executive producers and bringing their decades of socially conscious storytelling to independent cinema. Woodruff, an Atlanta native with deep family roots in Georgia, wrote and directed the film as a personal tribute to his hometown. “As an ATLien with deep family roots in Georgia, I’m sparked to write stories that reflect our complex past and present.
