Elijus Navickas, 24, admitted four offences including rape and assault of a child by penetration. The court heard the offending took place over a period of several years while the victim was aged between seven and 10. Judge Cook told the court of Navickas' abuse on the victim, including touching and oral penetration. The court heard Navickas told the police the abuse happened around 20 to 40 times in total. It was heard Navickas was born in Lithuania, and so Mr Adjuha said he knows there is a "strong likelihood he will be deported".
