At around 2.10pm on Saturday 8 August, police were informed of the single-vehicle collision involving a grey Cupra Formentor on the A30 near Honiton. Sadly, the front seat passenger of the vehicle—a 28-year-old woman from the Milton Keynes area—was declared deceased at the scene. Roads policing officers and local officers attended the scene and conducted a thorough investigation, resulting in the road being closed for several hours. Officers would like to thank members of the public for their assistance, as well as their understanding and patience.
