As impressive as Lies of P looked before its debut, very few expected it to scratch that Bloodborne itch as well as it did. With over four million copies sold, it’s an unmitigated success for NOUGH Studio, but that brings added pressure for the sequel. Art lead Cha Byungjun added that, “There’s definitely pressure, but for now we’re trying to set that aside and return to the mindset we had while making Lies of P. We’re trying to hold onto it.” Nevertheless, even without a release window, the march to Lies of P 2 – or whatever it ends up called – continues. In the meantime, Nintendo Switch 2 players can experience Lies of P: Complete Edition now.
