The Head of the hunters, Hammed Nureni, disclosed this while expressing the group’s dissatisfaction with the administration of Governor Ademola Adeleke. Nureni said the decision to support Oyebamiji became a necessity following an alleged failure of the present administration to listen to the concerns and demands of hunters in the state. “We have up to 14,000 members and adding our wives, children and friends we will deliver over 100,000 votes come August 15.” Meanwhile, the APC governorship candidate, Bola Oyebamiji, described the development as timely, saying it demonstrated that various segments of Osun State had endorsed his candidacy.
