Hyderabad: Ram Charan Teja Akula and Shanvi Reddy Nimma won the boys’ and girls’ singles titles, respectively, in the 12th Telangana State Sub-Junior (Under-13) Badminton Championship at A Zone Elite Badminton Academy, Serilingampally, here on Sunday. In the boys’ final, Ram Charan defeated Deepak Naidu 4-3, with the latter retiring after sustaining an injury.
