A fire broke out early Sunday morning at a Sherwood Park residence that has been the subject of ongoing neighbourhood concerns and attention from local authorities. Frank said the fire is under investigation by both RCMP and Strathcona County Emergency Services Fire Investigation. Police said at the time they had been working with Strathcona County Enforcement Services and other partner agencies since the fall of 2025 in response to issues associated with the home.
