Battlefords RCMP responded to 2,401 calls for service during July, according to a monthly operational overview released Wednesday by police.

During one of the summer’s highest-volume shifts on July 29, officers handled 60 calls in a single night.
High Local Crime Severity IndexThe monthly figures follow newly released data from the Canadian Centre for Justice and Community Safety Statistics on the 2025 Crime Severity Index (CSI), which evaluates both the volume and seriousness of police-reported offenses.
