Detectives investigating a serious assault near a Bestwood park have now arrested three suspects. The 32-year-old sustained multiple slash injuries to his chest, back and legs during the incident, around 7.10pm on Friday (7 August). The injuries sustained by the man during the attack aren’t believed to be life-threatening or life-altering. Police have been conducting extensive inquiries since the assault happened and managed to detain three suspects earlier this morning (9 August). “All three suspects were detained at a house earlier this morning, which was identified following some extensive inquiries by our policing teams.
