Caleb David Nichols, 23, and Nathaniel Jones Oglesby, 23, both of Rome, were arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop on Highway 27 at Berry College. Police said that Oglesby was stopped for speeding when officers located a THC vape pen and marijuana in their possession. Both are charged with possession of marijuana. Oglesby is additionally charged with speeding and possession of a schedule I controlled substance.Tr
