Tyrance Jamarr Diamond, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he burglarized a home on Excelsior Street and attacked a 28 year-old woman. Police said that Diamond entered the home without authority and damaged its walls before injuring the woman’s hand. Diamond is charged with first degree burglary, battery, criminal trespass and probation violation.
