CHADWELL St Mary Primary School attended a presentation event at the Thurrock Council chambers this week to acknowledge their amazing achievements in the recent Beat the Street Tilbury and Chadwell St Mary game. A total of 2,415 local residents took part and together clocked up an active travel mileage of 9,172 miles. The team from Chadwell St Mary Primary School won both the total and average points leaderboards and representatives from the school were presented with their prizes by the Mayor of Thurrock Councillor William Cook at an event at the Thurrock Council Chambers. Reggie, a pupil from Herringham Primary School, also attended along with his mum, as the individual winners of the whole game. Beat the Street Tilbury and Chadwell St Mary is being delivered by Intelligent Health, in partnership with, and funded by, Thurrock Council.
