A man armed with a homemade flamethrower set fire to a garage in Washington, then escaped on a golf cart with his dog, leaving the homeowner inside. A 47-year-old man in Port Orchard, Washington arrived outside the open garage next to a home. Surveillance footage showed that the man drove up on a golf cart, with a dog resting on the passenger seat. The man also had with him a DIY flamethrower, made from a weed burner that was hooked up to a propane tank situated on the back of his golf cart. The suspect then fled the scene using the golf cart, before being confronted by a neighbor who witnessed the incident.
