Marvel Tōkon players on PC can’t seem to agree on whether the latest odd fix for the game’s lousy performance is actually making a difference or not, although that may have more to do with how bizarre said fix is. That’s because, according to several players, opening the Epic Games Store and leaving it running before booting up Marvel Tōkon seems to have a positive impact on the game’s performance. And yet, multiple users across both Reddit and X have stated that it seems to have fixed some, if not all, of their Marvel Tōkon issues. So, I decided to give it a go myself, and strangely enough, I can say that it did seem to make a difference. Ultimately, it’s just sad that Marvel Tōkon players on PC are having to resort to testing out jerry-rigged, unconfirmed solutions like this in a bid to make the game run slightly better.
