An Aberdeen man who amassed a collection of secret videos of female city centre shoppers has been placed on the sex offenders register. The court was told Stuart made his videos in and around Union Square, Union Street and on Gallowgate and Guild Street. It is not clear how many videos Stuart made or how many victims there were. His unsettling behaviour first came to light thanks to two keen-eyed women, who spotted Stuart “circling” around the same part of Primark. Jumping ahead to April 6 2026, a member of the public was in the Jack Jones shop in Union Square and saw Stuart sitting outside in the concourse.
