The organization fully embraced the water metaphor of the day with a float saying “everyone deserves a safe harbor” as they made their way through the Astoria Regatta land parade. The parade marked the 132nd year of the Astoria Regatta which — in addition to the parade — included a Regatta, the Seamen’s Memorial, a Regatta court coronation, a dignitaries reception, a boat parade and other activities.
