The new 700-metre bridge is part of the Al Qudra Road Development Project and is designed to reduce delays at the busy intersection from almost seven minutes to just one minute. So, if your daily commute takes you through Al Qudra, this could be very welcome news. The bridge will connect Liwan (Wadi Al Safa 4) with Dubai Silicon Oasis, creating a direct link between two fast-growing residential communities. A third pedestrian bridge is also being built as part of the Al Mustaqbal Street Development Project and is expected to be completed in early 2027.
