One of the victims who were hit by bullets as police pursued suspected thugs in Gikomba market, Nairobi has died. The family of Moreen Nduku from Pipeline estate is crying out for justice after she was shot by a police officer at Gikomba market. On Monday, August 3, 44-year-old Nduku and Abdala were at Gikomba Market on routine errands. The two were injured on Monday afternoon after a shootout erupted between police officers and suspected robbers at Gikomba Market in Nairobi. The incident came to light after a couple, both primary school teachers and residents of Isiolo Street in Kiamumbi, reported the discovery to police.
