Navarro was arrested, after allegedly damaging the driver’s side window of a rented vehicle belonging to a female acquaintance. The female was seated inside the vehicle when Navarro reportedly punched the driver’s side window, causing it to shatter. While the VIPD statement accurately notes the initial vehicle damage on Queen Street, it completely glosses over the chaotic, violent chain reaction that followed. Sworn court documents show that during the initial altercation on Queen Street, Navarro was completely naked while punching out the driver-side window of the rental vehicle.
