A fuel fundraiser that took place to support the Washington Community School District saw over $7,000 raised for the district. The Washington Community School District was the recipient of a Fuel Up and Give Back pilot program by Agriland FS that ran from March 1st to June 30th. During that time, Agriland FS donated three cents for every gallon of gas and diesel fuel sold at their Washington Fast Stop location at 425 Highway 1 and 92. The total amount raised was $7,774.14. The money raised will be donated directly to the school district, and those funds will be used toward enhancing educational programs and expanding learning opportunities for the students.
