July 27 — A caller reported hearing a wounded animal kicking a fence, but was worried that it could also be a person. An officer responded, and heard the noise coming from the back corner of the property. The officer let the caller know what the noise was, and left. The officer told the caller to have the owner of the inn to contact the police department if she wanted to press charges. July 31 — Theft: A caller reported that a homeless-looking female subject was loading wood into the back of her truck.
