Mysuru: A 45-year-old woman allegedly died by suicide at her Mysuru residence after accusing her workplace supervisor of subjecting her to mental harassment.
The deceased, identified as Nageshwari, reportedly left behind a note detailing the alleged mistreatment she faced at work.
Nageshwari also alleged that she was suddenly removed from her job after taking two to three days’ leave because of illness, as reported by India Today.
According to the note, the alleged treatment at the workplace left her severely distressed and prompted her to take the drastic step.
The police are examining the allegations made in the note and are investigating the circumstances leading to Nageshwari’s death.
