Police say “concern is growing” for the welfare of a missing Edinburgh man last seen on Saturday night. Liam Paterson was last seen around 9.30pm on Saturday in the Halmyre Street area of the city. Inspector Ross Nicol said: “Concern is growing for Liam’s welfare and we’re urgently trying to trace him to make sure he is safe and well. “I’d ask anyone who thinks they’ve seen Liam since around 9.30pm last night, or has any information on where he may be, to come forward.
