['Alec Whitaker']
The Mail | News
Christopher Turner was made the subject of a 12-month restraining order on June 25 earlier this year, South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court heard.
The court heard Turner had received an 18-month community order on July 18 for two breaches of the restraining order.
He found himself back in court on August 6 charged with one offence of harassment – breach of restraining order.
There is an application to get the restraining order removed.
As part of the previous community order, Turner is required to complete 200 hours of unpaid work and 10 rehabiliation days.
