An application for five dwellings for land adjacent to Conifer House, in Hinderton Road, was submitted to Cheshire West planners on Friday, July 31. It said: “The application site lies to the rear of Conifer House on the south eastern side of Hinderton Road, Neston. “It comprises land associated with the existing residential property and sits within an established residential environment characterised by detached and semi-detached dwellings occupying relatively generous plots. “Planning permission has been granted for the redevelopment of Overdale Farm, immediately to the east of the application site, for six dwellings under application reference 24/00778/FUL. “The approval introduces a further residential development adjacent to the application site and reinforces the increasingly residential character of this section of Hinderton Road.
