Motorist must pay more than £1,000 and given six penalty points for traffic offence

Jade Fellowes, 41, of Longthwaite Nook, Wigton, appeared at Bath Magistrates’ Court on August 6 after failing to provide police with information about the identity of a driver when required to do so.
The offence took place in connection with a vehicle using the M4 westbound at Junction 19 in South Gloucestershire.
She was found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle.
The offence of failing to provide driver details took place on August 13, 2025.
Magistrates fined Fellowes £666 and ordered her to pay a victim surcharge of £266 and prosecution costs of £130, bringing the total penalty to £1,062.
