Little VIPS Day Care in Hackthorpe, Penrith, was rated 'strong' across all areas following an inspection on June 17, reflecting the teamwork and dedication of staff, governors, and school leaders. Since Little VIPS became a governor-led nursery in July 2024, our dedicated staff have worked incredibly hard to create a warm, welcoming and inspiring environment where every child feels safe, valued and encouraged to thrive. Since joining the Lowther Endowed School family, Little VIPS has formed a key part of a seamless educational pathway for children from nine months to 11 years old. Alice Vince, chair of governors, said: "Bringing Little VIPS Day Care into the Lowther Endowed School family was an exciting opportunity to strengthen our provision for children and families in the local community.
