Russian attacks killed 13 people and injured at least 90 others across Ukraine over the past day, local authorities said on Aug. 9. Attacks on Odesa Oblast injured at least 12 and left part of the city of Odesa without electricity and water supply. In Kyiv Oblast, Russia killed three people in the village of Pukhivka, a three-year-old boy and his grandparents, President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote on Telegram. In Donetsk Oblast, Russian attacks killed three people and injured five others, said Governor Vadym Filashkin. In Kherson Oblast, Russian forces injured 10 people, including two children, Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Oblast Military Administration, reported.
