Peter Bell is alleged to have used secret online identities to incite the young teen into performing sex acts. The 34-year-old appeared before Norwich Magistrates’ Court to face eight charges related to offences committed in March and April last year. He is also said to have used undisclosed online accounts by using untraceable names Pete at Work and BoldHippo. He was given conditional bail until a plea and trial preparation hearing at Norwich Crown Court on September 4. Bell was made subject of a sexual harm prevention order in November 2022 after committing offences while on bail.
