Andrew Vaughn singled in the go-ahead run off recently acquired Jeff Hoffman in the eighth inning to give Milwaukee a 4-3 victory over the Twins on Saturday night. Former Twin Trevor Megill preserved the victory with a perfect ninth for his 21st save in 23 opportunities. Twins starter Taj Bradley survived a rocky start to get through five innings, allowing three runs on five hits, striking out seven and walking two. The Twins capitalized on a lack of command from Brewers starter Robert Gasser for three runs in a 33-pitch second inning.
