Ltd. for marketing, booking and selling units in two projects without mandatory RERA registration, after the developer allegedly collected the entire sale consideration from buyers. Rs 14.84 lakh penalty over AV’s West Heights projectAfter processing the complaint, TGRERA imposed a Rs 14.84 lakh penalty on AV Infracon in connection with its AV’s West Heights project. Rs 2.83 lakh fine for AV’s East ResidencyIn a separate complaint, TGRERA imposed another Rs 2.83 lakh penalty on the company over its AV’s East Residency project. Rs 17.67 lakh to be deposited in 30 daysTGRERA has directed the developer to deposit the combined Rs 17,67,324 penalty into the TGRERA Fund within 30 days of receiving the orders.
