By the end of the acceptance period, RBI had received acceptance declarations from Addiko shareholders representing more than 55 percent of all Addiko shares included in the offer. Specifically, a total of 10,831,435 Addiko shares were submitted to the accepting and paying agent. A total of 6,087,353 Addiko shares were offered to NLB, representing 31.22 percent of all issued Addiko shares.
