Homer’s Clash With MetrocomThe narrative focuses on MPD Captain Homer Magtibay, a cop with a somewhat questionable moral compass. Homer shares a strong bond with Agnes, his daughter from his first marriage, and lives with his second wife and their two sons. Metrocom officers, who easily dodge such legal notice and show cause on a regular basis thanks to the power they have been granted, become Ojeda’s new buddies, for obvious reasons. Homer knows the young generation has the courage to bring about change, which he and his MPD colleagues sorely lack. The miscreant, identified as a certain Carmelo de Leon, is interrogated and detained by Homer and Ojeda, only to be handed over later to Captain Abad’ Metrocom.
