Deputy Cook then tried to avoid impact, but Younger’s vehicle struck the passenger’s side of his patrol car.
Younger was transported to Baxter Health prior to the arrival of the ASP trooper arriving.
It was noted in the report, Deputy Cook told the trooper that Younger appeared confused, disoriented and possibly intoxicated.
The trooper then went to Baxter Health to interview Younger but learned he had left the hospital.
